My biggest complaint about being served food in/on metal is the sound of metal on metal.

On this sub if its something that can actually be properly sanitized for food service I would call it a win.

Stainless steel plates are common in some parts of the world. It’s also common in my place because we have a toddler and i hate plastic dishware.

The silicone stuff picks up scents that i can’t get rid of… so stainless steel everything for the baby!
