Directly on my tongue. All of it.

It is best on bbq beef. Way good on beef. A bit heavy for chicken, and out of style today for pork.

An Arthur Bryant’s $20 sliced brisket sandwich.

I grew up with this always in my parents’ fridge, since it’s my dad’s favorite sauce (he’s a KC native).
An unusual suggestion: put it on carnitas tacos. The celery salt, paprika, and cumin flavors work well with Mexican food. Valentina hot sauce has a noticeably similar flavor.

Nothing, it’s gross

Pulled pork on white.
Maybe some pork steaks.
Nothing else. I love ABs, but only the OG spot, much like Gates.
These days when I’m in KC we go to the gas station over in Kansas or Q39 midtown.

I put it on top of the rest of the garbage in my trash bin. It was like brown vinegar paste.
