I have the arm from another pasta maker I have. But I feel like the top part where you “fill” the ravioli is missing? But the box is way too small to fit that piece. I wonder if I’m just not seeing something correctly.

It looks like you’re missing a set of rollers that sits on top so you can lay the two sheets of dough out and roll them together pressing the ravioli to me. May be able to fabricate something pretty cheep or find a replacement on eBay? Sucks you’re missing it the machine looks cool.

What you have is a ravioli-making attachment for a pasta maker. What you’re missing is the pasta maker itself.

You’re missing the plastic piece that goes on top to feed the dough and fill into it. It’s under the hand in the box photo.

Like u/Artichokeydokey8 said, you’re missing the piece that keeps the dough separated while you feed the filling into the ravioli maker. You can make it work without it, but you can probably find a replacement part for it through Mercato dealers or online (check the Mercato website, they’re usually pretty good).

This attaches onto a Mercato pasta maker the same way their interchangeable cutters do. Some pasta makers come as a single unit with the cutters integrated, if you have one of those then you’ll need to swap it for a different model.

With all that being said. This is an incredibly finichy and frustrating piece of equipment (I have owned the model you just got hold of – gave it to a friend). And I now own the KitchenAid version of this (given to me by that same friend as revenge I guess). I can make it work, but prefer to use either cutting stamps or a ravioli tray. It’s faster and more precise. Sorry for bringing on the rain.
