One of our favorite NYT cooking we keep going back to. Easily fits into 1200/day. So easy, so good, so filling!

Mods to make it lower cal: 93% lean ground beef, 2% Greek yogurt, left off nuts (we were out, but love pine nuts with this). Past mods we’ve done included a keto pita for higher fiber. Keeps well for lunch the next day, too. Cannot recommend this recipe enough.

    The sodium is very high for me, do you think this would taste good with maybe half as much salt or is it pretty crucial?
