One of my favorite restaurants has a harissa vinegrett. Instead of buying it, I like to make it at home. All you need is to take one tablespoon of harissa paste. You can make your own or buy it already made in the store. Add 2 tsp of don vinegar, 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 3 tablebsp of freshsqueezed lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite seasoning salt. Whisk everything together and then gradually drizzle in one cup of olive oil or your favorite neutral oil.   1. Harissa Vinaigrette Recipe

    Ingredients:
    •1 tbsp harissa paste
    •2 tsp Dijon mustard
    •½ tsp seasoning salt

    •1 cup sunflower oil
