Everyone’s doing buffalo chicken dip wrong. Here’s how to actually make it good. Today, we’re making hot honey ranch buffalo chicken dip. And this version will change the way you make it forever. We’re starting with the simple buttermilk, hot sauce, and seasoning mix to marinate the tenders. Next, we’re assembling the dip. Mayo, ranch seasoning, garlic, cheese, hot sauce, and a squeeze of lemon juice all mixed together. Now, once it’s in a pan, we’re tossing it on the smoker at 275 for 30 minutes to let all those flavors come together. But here’s the real game changer. We’re frying our chicken tenders separately and adding them to the dip at the end. This keeps them insanely crispy while the dip stays creamy and full of flavor. Next, we’re moving on to this amazing sweet and spicy hot honey sauce. And just like that, you got the ultimate Buffalo chicken dip.
