The nutritional info on the box claims 270 calories for 4 pieces but I know damn well that’s not right lol.

    I am not pretty sure, but I generally try it from an **Aloyfit** app to track daily my food items and nutritional value. Based on that I see,

    >sushi nigiri (salmon, tuna, shrimp, eel) – 220kcal-protein 17g, carbs-35g, fat-4g and

    >sushi rolls(crab, spicy mayo) – 330kcal – protein-11g, carbs-55g, fat-6g.

    so total of around 550kcal
