Adelsheim Vineyard Blanc de Blancs 2017, Willamette Valley
Very light lemon in color.
Strong nose of citrus, earth, green apples, river rocks, light yeast and minerals.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, green apples, earth, river rocks, bitter herbs, yeast and light spices.
Medium finish with limes and grapefruits.
This is a tasty, yet very young, sparkling wine from Chehalem Mountains in Williamette Valley.
This Single Vineyard Sparkling is elegant with a nice bite.
This 8 year old is already showing nice complexity, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves.
A good food wine that will pair nicely with oysters.
100% Chardonnay grapes were aged for 5 years on the lees. Made in the Traditional Method.
12% alcohol by volume.
89 points.
$75.

I’ve not had their sparkling but their other wines are quite nice. They treated us very nice when we visited there years back. My WineCheck suitcase was purchased there (has a big Adelsheim logo on it).
