Nut-Free Pesto

4 oz fresh basil
1 avocado
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp certified organic nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt ( or to your taste)
½ lemon juiced
Water to consistency

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add small amounts of water to adjust consistency. Enjoy!

  9. Awesome minus the yeast, females bodies already have alot of natural yeast & do NOT NEED ANYMORE YEAST GOING IN! When I stopped eating breads. I STOPPED having yeast issues & bacterial issues, WOMEN BREAD AKA YEAST IS HORRIBLE FOR THE FEMALE BODY AND YES U CAN GET A YEAST INFECTION FROM MEN.
