and make sure that all of the Brussels sprouts 
 look like they’re essentially wet. Of course, the wetness is the olive oil and the bacon 
 fat. So, they’re all looking pretty good there. Before we go into the oven, I’m 
 going to add a little bit of smoked paprika. We’ll say probably about a teaspoon. 
 And then a little bit of this Kinder’s Blend, which is their salt, pepper, and garlic. 
 Just a little bit of that. One final toss. Everything is looking coated. The seasoning 
 is getting all mixed around over everything. And now what I want to do, I’ve got my oven 
 preheated to 400°. I’m going to throw this in the oven for 10 minutes. At 10 minutes, 
 I’m going to pull it. I’m going to give it a stir. Back in for another 10. It’ll be ready 
 in about 20 to 25. And we’ll take a look. I’m going to throw this in the oven. We’ll be right 
 back and we’ll get those meatballs started.
