I got my first massive order in awhile and it was 10 dozen cookies & 2 dozen brownies for a wedding. She ordered all of my cookie flavors and my fudgey brownies. The cookie flavors and what they are can be seen on slides 5 & 6. It took me 3 days to conjure all of this up and my feet and back are WRECKED, but it was well worth it. The box with all the cookies and brownie bites is a congrats box for the bride and groom, I just thought doing that would be nice 😊. I’m considering posting the recipes for everything if anyone wants them, just let me know.

Also, the marshmallows are for my cousin who’s picking them up as a thank you gift. She works with the lady who placed this order and lives near her. Plus she’s awesome so I’m more than happy to surprise her with some homemade toasted coconut marshmallows.

Making me want to get married just so I can have occasion to order these.

  6. So much better than wedding cake, imo. It all looks amazing!

These look like garbage and if I was the bride I would be embarrassed to serve these at my wedding. I think the best thing to do is to put the boxes outside and post your address so someone can take these off your hands so you don’t have to look at them or shamefully deliver them. I’ll take one for the team and volunteer.

Here’s the recipes y’all, if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask! It’s long, sorry y’all

    Cookie Base Ingredients:

    •3/4 cup butter, softened

    •1 cup brown sugar

    •1/4 cup sugar

    •1 egg + 1 egg yolk

    •1 tsp vanilla extract

    •1 tbsp molasses

•1 3/4 cup all purpose flour

    •3/4 tsp baking soda

    •3/4 tsp salt

Cookie Flavor Add-Ins (for different flavors):

    Chocolate Chip:

    •1 cup semi-sweet choco chips

    Sweet & Savory:

    •1/2 cup semi-sweet choco chips

    •1/2 cup pretzels, crushed

    •1/2 cup salted peanuts

    White Choco Macadamia Nut:

    •1 cup white chocolate chips

•4oz salted macadamia nuts (or unsalted)

    Cookies n Cream:

    •1/2 cup semi-sweet choco chips

    •1/2 cup white chocolate chips

    •1/2 cup Oreos, rough chopped

•Mini Oreos, placed on top of cookie balls before baking

    S’mores:

    •1 cup semi-sweet choco chips

•1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, rough chopped

•Stuffed w/ 3-4 mini marshmallows (spread the balls out, place the mallows in the middle, and form the dough around the marshmallows)

•Biscoff cookies, broken in half & placed on top cookie balls before baking

    Loaded Oatmeal:

    •3/4 cup oats

    •1/2 cup semi-sweet choco chips

    •1/2 cup raisins

    Directions:

1.) Cream together the butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla extract and molasses until light and fluffy. Then mix in the flour, baking soda and salt until a dough forms. Then slowly mix in the add-ins for whatever flavor you’re looking to do until evenly distributed.

2.)Preheat oven to 350°. Scoop the cookie dough onto parchment lined sheets, 2 to 3 inches apart (add toppings now for s’mores, cookies n cream, or sweet & savory cookies) and bake for 12-14 minutes max. They’ll look raw on top but be browned on the bottom. Take a spatula and press down the cookies (don’t do this on the s’mores ones), making them flat. This will make them super chewy and delicious!

    Snickerdoodle Cookies:

    Ingredients:

    •1 cup butter, softened

    •1 1/2 cup sugar

    •2 eggs

    •1 tsp vanilla extract

•2 1/3 cup all purpose flour

    •1/2 tsp baking soda

    •1 tsp salt

•1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

    •1 tbsp cinnamon

    Rolling:

    •1/2 cup sugar

    •2 tsp cinnamon

    Directions:

1.) Preheat the oven to 350°.

2.) Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until fluffy. Then mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms. Then in a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.

3.) Then, scoop the cookie dough out and roll the balls into the cinnamon and sugar and then place them on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

4.) Bake until the edges are lightly browned and center is still very soft.once done, allow to cool and the cookies will naturally settle. They’ll have crispy edges and a chewy center. Hope y’all enjoy!

    Peanut Butter Cookies

    Cookie Dough Ingredients:

    •1 cup sugar

    •2 cups peanut butter

    •2 eggs

    •Extra sugar, for rolling

    Directions:

1.) Preheat oven to 350° and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.

2.) Mix together the sugar, peanut butter and eggs together until a dough has formed. Then, using a 3 tbsp cookie scoop (large), scoop the cookie dough, roll the dough balls in the extra sugar and place on the cookie sheets. Then flatten out the cookies a bit, as they don’t really spread and take a fork (or a squiggled potato masher) and add a criss cross imprint on the top of the cookies.

3.) Then bake until the bottoms start to brown (you’ll see it coming up the sides) (12-14 minutes). Allow them to completely cool on the cookie sheets, coat in sugar, and then enjoy!

    Sugar Cookies:

    Cookie Dough Ingredients:

    •1 cup salted butter, softened

    •1 1/4 cup sugar

    •1 egg

    •1 tsp vanilla extract

    •1/2 tsp baking soda

    •1/2 tsp baking powder

    •1/2 tsp salt

    •2 cups all purpose flour

    •Extra sugar for rolling

    Directions:

1.) Preheat the oven to 350°.

2.) Cream Together the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Then, mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.

3.) Using a tbsp cookie scoop (3-4 tbsp), scoop the dough and roll into balls. Then, roll the dough balls in half of the granulated sugar, covering all sides. Place the coated dough balls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they have puffed up a bit and they look done on the outside, but are still soft in the center. once they’re out of the oven, using a spatula, press down the tops of the cookies, this ensures they’re nice a chewy.

4.) Once the cookies have cooled a little bit, roll them in the extra sugar. Hope y’all enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    •8oz chocolate bar, chopped

    •1 1/4 cups salted butter

    •3/4 cup cocoa powder, divided

    •1 tbsp instant coffee powder

    •2 cups granulated sugar

    •1/2 cup brown sugar

    •6 eggs

    •1 tsp vanilla extract

    •2 tsp salt

    •1 cup all purpose flour

    Directions:

1.) Preheat the oven to 350°.

2.) Place the chocolate, butter, instant coffee powder, and 1/4 cup of the cocoa powder into a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until everything is melted and combined. Set to the side to allow to cool a little.

3.) While that’s cooling, mix together the sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and frothy (this makes the top crusty). Then slowly pour in the chocolate mixture until combined. Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.

4.) Pour the batter into a parchment lined, 10×10 baking pan and bake until the center has set and a toothpick comes out clean (30-40 minutes). Hope y’all enjoy!
