Hey Guys I thought I share what I ate yesterday. For breakfast I had a slice of bread with a typical German high protein cheese, eggs with spinach and cottage cheese as well as some tomato and an apple. Afterwards I had a Proffee. Lunch was low fat quark mixed with protein powder, psyllium husk, puffed amaranth and oats as well as some fruit. This is by far the most ugly 😂🙈 and for dinner my bf and I had falafel made with a mix we got from my granny, rice and tomato sauce with veggies. This was 1400 calories, which is on the lower end for me, and 120 g of protein
