~No Threats in Sight. 2 Eggs. 100g Yoghurt. 60g Oil. 15g Honey. 300g Flour. 60g Almond flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 pinch Salt. Mix the ingredients. Compact the dough with your hands. 200g Ricotta cheese. 120g pastry cream. 40g durum wheat semolina. 100g Water. Cook until it comes away from the sides forming a ball. Hot, hot! ~I won’t let you Get Away this time! 2 Eggs. 20g Honey. Grated Lemon and Orange zest. Vanilla. Cinnamon. 3g Salt. 20-40ml Milk, until it looks fluffy and creamy. Set 1/4 of the dough aside. Roll it out to a thickness of 5 mm. diameter 22cm. Prick the base with a fork. Pour the filling. Roll out the remaining dough. Cut seven strips. Press the edge with a fork.
