Yesterdays board

trying to improve based on what I see in this place, I love pushing myself to the limits so my wife gets a happy and loving board!!

*flat bread with butter/olive oil parmesan cheese and black truffle salt
*manchego wrapped prosciutto
*spanish chorizo
*cured pork loin
*hard salami
*heart and flower shaped manchego and gouda cheeses
*ash covered goat cheese
*cured spanish ham cubed
*nut mix (pistachios, pecan, sunflower seeds, roasted peanuts, toasted pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, walnuts)
and my wife’s all time favorite:
*cream cheese with chipotle and strawberry jam
