I feel like that fryer would be hard to clean.

Is that rotisserie spinning a little fast?

That thing is awesome but idk how to feel about the speed of the rotisserie. I’m also not a rotisserie professional so maybe I just don’t know what I’m talking about. Seems like whatever is on that rotisserie is going to have a hard time getting hot if it’s just flying by the fire and then getting wind cooled on the way back around. Anyone with more experience have a better opinion than I?

I was hoping that was your smoker contraption. I wanted to that chicken get baptized.

Backwood box, (firebox)for smoker should have stainless cook top bruh!!! Smash burgers and much more can happen on a flat top!

Wondering how many briskets he has to smoke in order to pay for this?

And awesome rig for sure, but is anyone else worried about that fryer oil in the middle of multiple fireboxes?

This dude is a serious bbq’er. Did anyone else notice the other smokers in the background? They were no amateur setups either.

What’s the channel? I wanna see the cook!

I imagine the rotisserie would be shower with the weight of the chickens on it

It would be more impressive if there was at least a bit of meat in this contraption

This guy has been making these types of things for a while now. He has a bunch of videos on YouTube cooking on them. I assume he’s nailed it down because multiple people copied the design. The fryer projects were first, and then he just started making multipurpose ones.

Those castors look too small for the job. Interesting set up number one. I would hate to have to move it.
