Buffalo chick’n and ranch loaded mac and cheese bowl.
Don’t even really love mac and cheese or pasta but I kept seeing pics of these bowls on Happy Cow and had to check it out while I was in town. It was unreal! Tried a few other vegan spots in town but none of them came close to this, which shocked me. Not my normal kind of food, but will def be sad I can’t have this again.
The buffalo chick’n was out of this worldddd. Crispy and juicy?!

I order from there every time I work in OKC! I always get the cashew Mac and greens bowl with garlic toast. 🤤

I’m sad.. I went there once and the Mac was soooooo think I couldn’t swallow. I’ve been vegan 15 years so the reviews being so good shocked me. Any recommendations what to try instead or maybe did I go a bad day?
