    it’s national dumpling (and pancake lol) day!! all the dumplings were prepared a few weeks ago. i use premade dumplings wrappers found in the freezer section.

    pan fried, deep fried, and thai coconut curry soup dumplings. blueberry lemonade for our drinks. served with Laoganma chili crisp, thai sweet chili sauce, chili oil, and gyoza sauce.

    recipes

    * pork/gyoza base: [https://hot-thai-kitchen.com/pork-dumplings](https://hot-thai-kitchen.com/pork-dumplings)
    * thai coconut curry soup: [https://www.servingdumplings.com/recipe/thai-coconut-curry-dumpling-soup](https://www.servingdumplings.com/recipe/thai-coconut-curry-dumpling-soup) (only added 1/2 amount of curry because my friends are sensitive to spice)
    * chili oil: [https://onehappybite.com/moms-homemade-chili-oil-recipe](https://onehappybite.com/moms-homemade-chili-oil-recipe)

    for the chicken gochujang: base recipe listed above. instead of pork i used ground chicken. had leftover [gochujang sauce](https://youtu.be/_wQ9cTUbH7U?si=S40uzASxq6RTBqa6&t=215) from chicken sandwiches we had a few weeks ago.

    shrimp gyozas: base recipe but used finely chopped shrimp

    gyoza sauce is 1:1 soy sauce and rice vinegar + spoonful of sugar

  2. Mandu in Korean. Yaki Mandu if fried.
