Hello, friends. Thank you for visiting me. In this video, we’ll make an Italian wheat salad. Italians cook this dish very often, especially in the warmer months. And the best part is that it’s very simple, quick, and healthy. For those of you who live in Italy, this grain is called faruperlato. In Russian, it’s called spelt, or emmer wheat—it’s a type of wheat. I’ve already washed it, and now I need to boil it in salted water. I’ll be using 250g of grain. I’ve already boiled the grain and am letting it cool. To prevent it from sticking to each other, I pour in a little olive oil and stir. After the grain has cooled, I add the tuna. I have a 160g jar . The next ingredient is olives. I use both green and black olives. This will make the salad a little more colorful, but you can use just one type. Usually, if the olives are large, I cut them into rounds. And if the olives are small, I just cut them in half. I cut the black olives in the same way. There are no exact proportions for this salad. Cut everything to your taste. I put it in a salad bowl. And the next ingredient is mozzarella. I cut it into medium pieces. I put it in a salad bowl and take three slices of any hard cheese. And I also cut it into medium pieces. And put it in a salad bowl. As you can see, the salad will be quite filling. The last ingredient is arugula. There should be a lot of arugula.
