Tailgating season is here! Today, I’m excited to share a fun new recipe for all your tailgating adventures: Pulled Pork Ssliders made with @silver_spring_foods Beer’n Brat Horseradish Mustard— these need to be on your menu!
Silver Spring Foods, the world’s largest grower and processor of horseradish, offers a variety of horseradish products, sauces and specialty mustards, including their classic Prepared Horseradish. Every harvest is vigorously tested for flavor potency, ensuring the best horseradish available on the market and adding #ZING to any dish!
Recipe Instructions:
I like to use a bone-in pork shoulder for the protein. Score the fat cap, coat the outside with Silver Spring Foods Beer’n Brat Horseradish Mustard and season with your favorite BBQ seasoning.
Start your grill, set it up for indirect heat and bring it up to 300 degrees. Cook the pork shoulder until it reaches 204 degrees internal temperature of 204 degrees. We’re going hot and fast there, no need to wrap.
While the pork is cooking, combine all the sauce ingredients to make my horseradish mustard BBQ sauce. And when the pork is done, shred the meat and assemble the sliders! These are perfect for any tailgate or homegate.

Tailgating season is here and my pulled pork sliders need to be on your menu. Made with silver spring beer and brought horseradish mustard, it’s the perfect recipe for any homegate tailgate. For the protein, I’m using a bone and pork shoulder. I like to score the fat cap, then hit the outside with the beer and brat mustard. It’s going to help the seasoning stick, plus add that nice zing to the finished product. Season with your favorite barbecue rub. And this goes on the smoker, cruising at 300°. While the pork is smoking, we can get started on the barbecue sauce, a little bit more mustard, some brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, woristachasure, honey, more allpurpose seasoning, and simmer this over medium heat for about 10 minutes or so. When the pork shoulder is ready, remove it from the smoker. Let it rest for a good hour. Now, carefully remove the bone and shred the meat. And just check this out. It is tender. Falls right apart. Mix it in with all those juices. Pour a little bit of that sauce in. Mix everything together. And now it’s time to assemble our sliders. warmed up pretzel bun, plenty of our pork, some more sauce, a couple pickle slices, and these are ready to go. Grab some beer and brought mustard today, and be sure to give this one a try. Wow, that approved. These are so good.
