It was a lot of simply prepared components, but easy enough to do them all while the tofu and quinoa cooked. It took me about half an hour, although I made the pickled cabbage last night.
Just a note, I would eat the pickled cabbage up pretty quickly. The blog says it's good for quite a while, and maybe it is, but the instructions don't say to sterilize the jar, and you don't heat the brine either.
It was extremely tasty.
