I threw a few wings on the grill tonight. Half an hour over indirect heat, then 5 minutes on the flame. Delicious!

  2. Just saying, add a quick double fry. Yes a double fry. It will be crispy, but you’re oil will smell like smoke ( won’t taste like it for some reason, but will smell like it). I smoke, double fry and then broil sauce on my winfs and good god… the flavor is intense
