Top foods from my NYC trip

• Lanzhou beef noodles from Dun Huang in Flushing. These were great. I chickened out on getting it in chili oil, but there's a jar of chili crunch on the table to spice it up
• Cheddar masala dosa from Saravanaa Bhavan in Kips Bay, <3 South Indian food
• Smoked tuna / wasabi cream cheese / cucumber on a miso bagel from Bagel Joint in Greenpoint – this had just the right level of wasabi flavor without feeling like I was going to burn up.

Honorable mention to Al-Sham Sweets in Astoria, it was my first time trying knafeh so I asked the store for their recommendation, got cheese knafeh right out of the oven, didn't get a good pic of it for the post though.
