From Nonna’s recipes to a flagship in Addison, the restaurant carries Dallas’ culinary vision forward
La Stella Cucina Verace has quickly become recognized as the highest-rated Italian restaurant in Dallas, celebrated for its refined service, handmade pastas and world-class wine program. Located in the Dallas Arts District, the restaurant blends tradition and modernity, anchoring its menu with authentic recipes passed down from its guiding force, Nonna, while elevating them through the craftsmanship of an Italian-trained chef, a French-trained chef and a team of expert sommeliers.
Now, La Stella is expanding its vision with the opening of a flagship restaurant in Addison this fall. The new location spans more than 11,000 square feet — more than double the size of the original 5,000-square-foot Dallas location — and seats close to 400 guests compared with 130 at the original. It will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. In addition to dinner service, La Stella will host a curated live music program that extends until midnight, positioning the restaurant as not just a place to dine but a destination for entertainment.

Its expansive floor plan includes two private dining rooms that can accommodate gatherings from 10 to 100 guests, while the music lounge can also be reserved for larger corporate or social events of up to 200 guests. Designed to serve both Dallas and its northern suburbs, the Addison flagship is crafted as a hub for celebrations of every kind, from intimate dinners to weddings and milestone occasions.
Guests can expect the same hallmarks that earned La Stella its reputation as the best Italian restaurant in Dallas: house-made pasta prepared fresh daily, Ultra Wagyu meats, fresh seafood and a globally informed wine list. Service remains polished yet approachable, ensuring each meal unfolds with the signature warmth and attention to detail that define the brand.
The Arts District location will continue to serve as the heart of La Stella’s story, but the Addison flagship represents its future: a dining and entertainment destination built to scale, situated between Dallas and the surrounding suburbs. It signals not just growth but ambition — the pursuit of establishing La Stella as the next nationally recognized Italian and steakhouse brand to emerge from Dallas.
