Got some thai peppers here on the right, and not sure about the left but because I lost the label but I think they are serranos. I have enough the vine for another similar sized haul and want to find a sweet leaning recipe for my sauce once the plants stops producing. What are some fruits that will pair well with these peppers and use in my sauce, and will ferment nicely.
