You know- phase 1. The idea – conjuring up what is next 2. Finding the right recipe 3. Buying what you need if you don’t have it (oh wow I need another flavoring/cutter/projector/dehdyrator/special flour/ etc) 4. weighing ingredients / premixing stage 5. Mixing stage 6. Rolling out (that’s my favorite- rolling the dough- knowing I’m going to either make something that has now come to fruition- or better yet- I’m putting this in the freezer and next time I want to decorate the dough is all ready to go! (That’s ultra satisfying to me) 7. Designing your hand cut shapes or buying new cookie cutters 🤫8. Cutting out shapes. 9. Baking (my worst stage because – bad oven, miss good double oven) 10. Once again: stowing away baked ones so that next time you are that much closer to a final product without stages 1-9 lol (<—my 2nd fave) 11. O lawt here it is: Making frosting 12. O lawter (lol): Coloring frosting – if I won the lottery I’d have a personal frosting color- mixer-person that got all the colors ready and yelled “ready for decoratinnnnnng!” 13: my 3rd favorite; freezing frosting for future use (are you catching on to my preferences?) and yeah yeah yeah 14. Decorating 15. The dehydrating dance (is it a phase if not everyone does it even if they should!!) 16. Pictures, duuuuuh if you didn’t take a pic it never happened 17. Packaging 18. Marketing (if your a is an actual biz) 19. Delivering!!! Oh yeah one last phase: 20. Paying off the Amazon bill 😉 Whaddaya say??!!??

Eating? Eating is my favorite 🤣
Probably taking pictures and doing the handoff to the client, especially when I know that I really nailed it. Definitely do not like the icing coloring or cleanup 😆
I’m 100% new to attempting cookie decorating and I loathe icing coloring, I feel like it takes me a whole day Lolol
Bagging all my cookies for my customers 😊
Hahahaha personal frosting colour-mixer-person for the win!! 🏆
I like designing. I tolerate the rest so I can keep doing it.
