Babaganoush Recipe
1. Roasted and chopped brinjal
2. Onion
3. Tomato
4. Parsley
5. Tahini
6. Salt
7. Lemon juice
Procedure
• Roast the brinjals then peel the skin and chop it finely.
• Add finely chopped onion, tomato and parsley.
• Add tahini, lemon juice and salt to taste.
• Mix it well and garnish it with parsley, pomegranate seeds and drizzle with olive oil.
• Serve the babaganoush with pita bread, lavash, or crackers.
