Mississippi pot roast with vegetables


I love Mississippi pot roast especially with carrots and potatoes. This time I went veggies both on top and on bottom. My question is do I need to flip and stir the pot at some point so that both get flavors or does the flavor spread to the top somehow? Picture included to help

    Yeah, I’d give it a flip halfway through. Don’t take long doing it, this should be as quickly as possible to keep the heat in and keep the cooking process going.
