    I use an Aliquot for my sourdough. Sometimes when I forget to reincorporate it before final shaping, I just bake it separately (and for less) as a mini loaf for my dogs. They love it!

    My dog never cared about bread until I started baking sourdough. Now he’ll come running from across the house if he hears bread being sliced or the toaster popping.
