    1. Shanghai-Style (Hong Shao Rou) Braised pork, pak Choy with coconut rice
    2. Gluttonous breakfast plate with toasted brioche bread, sausages, red peppers, mushrooms, avocado and homemade sweet potato hash browns

    4. Sheet pan pizza topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms and corn
    5. Prawn curry with purple rice
    6. Soupy noodles with siu mai, peas and a ramen egg
    7. Honey garlic salmon with tomatoey orzo
    8. Miso pesto (ottolenghi, from the jar) with onions
    9. Duck breast, caramelized brown sugar pineapple ham and rice (this one was weird)
    10. Indo mie with good chorizo and spinach

    That’s impressive! I was doing so much cooking when I had no school, but now? I only cooked Lasagna and then I stopped because I got sick & now so much assignments 😭
