This is Willlet Ravioli and today I’m throwing everything into this pot roast ravioli. Ravioli in the style of with a kale pesto filling and beef stew. Spoiler alert, it’s super flipping flame. But I’ll save the official ranking for the end. If you’re from the Midwest, you know right now we’re in our false fall where the weather is chilly for a few days right before round two of summer ruins our lives. But the plus side to this is it’s a perfect excuse to make something hearty and wintry like pot roast. This comment was an old one and I’m glad I finally got to put my spin on it. I might have gotten a little carried away with the concept. Not really sure what yokki and pesto have to do with pea roast, but in the end, the tenderness of the beef, the brown buttery potato raves, and the fresh lemon parsley grammalada on top made this one an absolute outstanding plate of food. S tier.
