Easy Spaghetti Carbonara to make at home. Easy and fast, while being Healthy at Home.
Oh, hello y’all. Here we go. Today we’re going to make some spaghetti carbonara. These are the ingredients. Pasta, bacon, eggs, and some cheese. Here we go with the pasta, bacon, [Music] eggs. We have four eggs in this case and cheese. And I’m going to use some granapana. So, first of all, we start boiling some water to make our pasta. I like to add some salt and then you add some bit of olive oil for the pasta to not stick together. So, once the water is boiling with the salt past, don’t cut your pasta. That’s the most important thing I would say. We cover and we let it boil. We let it boil around 8 9 minutes until the bus says al dente. [Music] While the test boils, we’re going to fry our bacon. So here we get a pan hot. [Music] We put our bacon in. I don’t put the bacon in with with any oil because um the grease from the bacon will be will be more than enough for it to to fry thoroughly. Okay, here we start to add some heat. Remove it a bit. And as you can see, the bacon will start to will start to fry and will start to turn brown here. What I do is put the temperature on the bus a bit lower because it was boiling too hard. Want to have it al dented. So time and temperature is important. Here we get a closeup of the bacon. And few minutes later, you can see the bacon is already turning brown. Our pasta is almost done. And I turned the fire off on both as the passes are done. So now we’re going to make the sauce. For the sauce, we’re going to use three egg yolks. So here we separate the egg yolks from the whites. We do it for the three first eggs. And the fourth egg, we put it in with whites and and the yolk. Then we going to put the grano in. I will put the amount each ingredient in the description of the video. And here we are going to to mix it. Okay, I want you to mix it. Mix it thoroughly. [Music] We don’t want any leftover cheese grains. Just mix it as needed. [Music] Here I add some bit more of cheese because I want to have it thicker. And once you get a texture like that one, leave it. So now we have the pasta. We have to put the pasta water out, leaving a bit of it for it to be creamy. And we add the the bacon to the to the pasta. Okay. So now we mix a little. Okay. Remember there’s a bit of pasta water inside to have a more creamy texture. Uh I’m not putting any fire. This is just from the heat of the pasta and the bacon itself. And now we add the the cream. cream we made of our cheese and and egg yolks. [Music] So here we put it all in and once it’s in we start mixing it. [Music] For that we put some pepper on it. This is an important ingredient for the pasta carbonara. And now we mix. And as we are mixing with the heat of the past and the bacon itself, our our cream will will start turning into our our carbonara sauce. And as I said, and as you can see, we’re not putting any heat on it, any fire. We are just using the heat of the pasta, of the butter water, and of the bacon itself. [Music] So that’s ready. Now we’re going to plate it up. [Music] and at the end get a bit more of cheese on top of it and also some some pepper on top to give it some extra flavor. And that’s your best uh carbonara.
