Biggest tri tip I've done. Most of my cooking on my big Joe has been low and slow. Seared this first on the low grill directly over jealous devil with the last of my hickory bits (soaked). Finished indirect on the top grill level at about 400F. Pulled it at 120, wrapped in foil, 20 minute rest. Sorry, no cut pictures because it was so good I forgot. Maybe I can update with a pic from the leftovers.
