restaurants recommendations first time visiting LA

I will be visiting weekend and looking to see what retaurants would be worth checking out.

I am coming from DFW. We are slowly getting nice restaurants down there. Example: https://www.farouthospitality.com/ (Graham Elliott owns some in this.). I have also been looking around at like Food channels peoples restaurants but also enjoy hole in the walls or even good environment places as well.

I enjoy: BBQ, korean, American style, Mexican

I will be in Anaheim as well but staying by LAX (going to the rams game on Sunday. Big fan)
