Bruliam or Porter Creek, both over deliver for the price.

Belle Pente, bottom row, have always been a big fan of Bryan’s wine and Bryan himself. Light, but quite fresh, nice bright fruit too! and importantly their wines have been consistently good for years.
FoTweezy
Patricia Greene or St. Innocent
Krismck1760
Kosta Brown would be my pick

I can’t see which Ponzi that is but Ponzi is really fun as it’s often super small AVAs within the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Patricia Green is always a safe bet, too!

The Illahe is great, especially for the price point. I lived in Oregon for 7yr and they are my favorite winery/vineyard. Their Tempranillo rose is my most-purchased wine of all time, by a long shot.

The Maison Noir In Sheep’s Clothing is an excellent Oregon Pinot for the price. Andre Mac doesn’t really miss
Edit: second shelf from the bottom, second bottle from the left

+1 for Illahe 🔥. Unique smaller house. Rhys is good for funkier stuff. Kosta Browne is probably the most “traditionally” good
Winniestone
I know quite a number of these and would not choose any for the price points offered. I would probably choose blindly one of the Oregon pinots around $30 on the lowest shelf for my best chance of enjoyment.

A lot of that bottom Oregon shelf is looking good. Hard to beat the value of Evasham Wood.

The Bread and Butter , great value for the price and a real people pleaser, whenever I bring a couple bottles over to a gathering it never fails that a couple people just love it!!! It is a bit high at this store you are at,normally I can get it for $12 at Sam’s club.

Ayres is pretty good, the Perspective is a great Willamette bottling that doesn’t break the bank. I got to taste through all of the wines with the winemaker, he’s seriously dedicated to making the best Pinot he can at each price point he offers. Out of the entire lineup my favorite has to be the Lewis Rogers Lane, the vineyard space for that bottling is pretty much the guys front yard, there’s something really special about that bottle that stands out from the rest.

Flowers. Trust me.

I’ve loved Evesham Wood for a long time. I met Russ Rainey during 2011 harvest and had a great tour of his winery and process. Lovely style and purity.
