Hello friends and welcome back to the channel. Today I will be sharing with you a sheetpan honey mustard chicken and potatoes recipe. First thing we’re going to do is make our honey mustard sauce. Now, you will start out with a four of a cup of Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard, one teaspoon of paprika, two cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and about two to three pinches of salt and pepper. Once you have all of your ingredients in your little mixing bowl, grab yourself a fork or a little bitty miniature wire whisk and whisk up until well combined. Next, you will prepare your potatoes. Here I have about a pound and a half of yellow baby potatoes that I did wash and I quartered beforehand. Add about one more tablespoon of olive oil and the remaining bit of that salt and pepper that you had beforehand. Give those potatoes a really good toss until those potatoes are nicely covered with that salt and pepper and olive oil. Now, on to the chicken. If you can see here, I have a baking sheet that I did cover with aluminum foil, and I did spray that beforehand. Next, you will grab yourself four chicken thighs. Now, these chicken thighs do have bones in them, and I did remove the skin off of the top. Next, you will brush on that delicious honey mustard sauce all over the bottom of that chicken. Then, flip that over and then put the remaining sauce on the top of that chicken. Next, grab your prepared potatoes and place them on the other side of that baking sheet and spread those out accordingly. Bake in a preheated 400Β° oven for approximately 45 minutes, making sure you flip your potatoes halfway through the cooking process. This meal right here is so easy to make and so full of flavor. I know your family’s going to love it. Enjoy, y’all. [Music]
