I usually love the quality of all Hello Fresh meats, but something was weird with the ground beef that I recently received. It didn’t look like regular ground beef. It was more like a pâté. The texture was so strange. I wonder if they are using a different source.

I have never liked their ground beef. However what I received this week was much better.. I have always felt the beef before was much higher in fat than disclosed and it had little flavor.
