There’s nothing like hummus and pita bread from scratch. Take my word for it! Plus store bought options often contain preservatives, excess sodium, natural flavors and seed oils.
I made my pita bread entirely with organic unbleached white flour (for the birthday guy), but typically I make it with half fresh-milled and half all purpose. That’s how I like it! C
