  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 cup olive oil
    • 16 peeled garlic cloves
    • 1 cup milk
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup shredded gouda cheese
    • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    • 3 cups tapioca starch
    • 2 tbsp salt
     
    Preparation:
    • Preheat oven to 400°F
    • Cook garlic in oil covered at medium low heat for 15 minutes (garlic should be cooked but not browned)
    • Blend your ingredients and pour batter into a cupcake pan
    • Bake for 25 mins or until golden
    • Serve and enjoy!

  2. Just made these. It came out to be 12 of them not 6, theyre also VERY SALTY. I recommend using half of what’s recommended. I’m also thinking he meant teaspoon not tablespoons. So salty.

    Scratch that my wife and kids tried them and we agree it’s inedible. The cheese adds enough salt, I would not add any salt to this recipe period.

  3. *WARNING* CORN STARCH will NOT work as a substitute for Tapioca starch in this recipe.. there's no rise, the inside stays wet, not moist, and the outside hardens, awful, glad i only made a 1/3rd recipe
