Well I’m extremely happy and satisfied! The lamb chops were well just damn delicious! As if I was eating cotton candy and the trip tip so good and juicy! Even though again I over cooked it, but if it taste good that’s all that matters. Cheers!

With the price of meat I can’t risk not using a meat thermometer now
Cook your Tri Tip to 125 internal and pull it and let it rest. It will climb on its own a few degrees while it rests and will be perfectly pink.
