I’m still learning this new setup and I’m not used to a heat exchange machine but drinks have been coming out well and I really look forward to my first coffee of the day!

So what differences have you been able to glean from the various levels of machines? incremental or noticeable or even drastic?
Congrats. In another note I really like that Caffe Vita, I ordered it from Costco a few times.
