Ingredients:

1 pack filo pastry (about 400g)
1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
1 cup almonds (chopped)
1 cup pistachios (chopped)
1 cup sugar
½ cup honey
½ cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps:
Prepare Nuts:
Mix walnuts, almonds, and pistachios with cinnamon. Set aside.

Layer Pastry:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brush a baking pan with butter.
