Calorie in my meal from Italian restaurant (main & dessert)
I had spaghetti & meatballs with parmesan cheese, and chocolate brownie with ice cream.

Living a good lifeeeee hey my guy! Electronic life!!!! Spaghetti pasta (400) with pretty small looking meatballs (180-220) and marinara (90-150) and cheese (30-50) = 750-850 and brownie with chunks (350-400) with ice cream scoop small (120) and honey or syrup (50-90) = 450-550
Adds up to about 1.3-1.4k calories is my guess…looks a delicious dinner and dessert. Restaurants definitely kick if up with the butter and oil so if this is overestimated to you, please adjust….
