Never heard of flapjacks like this in the US (that means pancakes here). But the Brit flapjacks looked nice!

From the states but the lunch ladies would do this for staff birthdays when I was in elementary school, except it was always chocolate cake with pink frosting! So everyone would get a slice a cake in a little plastic bag every other week or so, during lunch time, since it was big school!
