🔥 This chicken + pistachio cous cous = pure flavor bomb. Sweet, spicy, smoky, herby… every bite hits different. Save this recipe, you’ll want it on repeat.

This chicken might just ruin all other chicken for you. Juicy harissa honey chicken thighs with pistachio and caramelized onion cuscus. It’s a flavor bomb that hits every note. Start with grated garlic, a spoonful of harissa, honey, cumin, coriander, salt, and a drizzle of oil. Mix it up and bring in those gorgeous Akina Farm chicken thighs. Lather them with this bright marinade and let those flavors sink deep. While that’s marinating, pour hot chicken stock over couscous and cover. Let it steam itself till nice and fluffy. Stir in caramelized onions, pistachio for crunch, fresh dill, parsley, and lemon zest. Mix well so every bite is nutty, herby, and bright. Roast your marinated chicken till it’s charred and cooked through. Plate over the cuscus and hit it with more lemon zest and parsley because why not? It’s fresh, spicy, comforting, and somehow even better the next day.

  1. That ain't no couscous and making fake Moroccan chicken and saying herrisa vs Harr-ah-eesa (Roll the R's) I find this insulting that you used Moroccan spice for chicken. Just get Tandoori chicken and add hot sauce. But couscous shouldn't be that big at all and that doesn't look authentic at all.
