In today’s video, I share the beauty of everyday life in the Brazilian countryside. You’ll see cozy moments in the garden as I care for the palm trees, the joy of making a traditional Brazilian Brigadeiro, and a relaxing DIY paper basket filled with wildflowers — always with the company of my sweet cats. 🐾🌿🍫

This video was filmed during winter, but it was accidentally deleted. Now I was able to restore it. ❤️

Traditional Brazilian Brigadeiro

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon margarine (or butter)

Chocolate sprinkles, for rolling

Instructions

1. In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and margarine.

2. Cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts pulling away from the bottom of the pan.

3. Transfer to a greased plate and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

4. To shape the brigadeiros, grease your hands lightly with margarine and roll small portions of the mixture into balls.

5. Coat each ball in chocolate sprinkles and set aside.

  1. Those chocolate balls look so nice, I had to order some chocolate in my groceries for tomorrow 😄 Do you get Ritter Sport chocolate in Brazil? They have a new one with roasted pistachios in there 😻 What does jackfruit taste like? I might have asked before but I forget. Simba is a beatiful colour ❤
