We’re gonna go in with all our ingredients, a half a cup of brown sugar. Next is gonna be a quarter cup of honey, a teaspoon and a half of ground cinnamon, one teaspoon of vanilla, one tablespoon of lemon juice. We’re gonna get this all mixed up, blended well. Next, we just wanna do just a pinch of salt. Now here comes the interesting part. We’re gonna go in with about a quarter of a cup of pignoli nuts, or also called pine nuts. This is the best ingredient of all. I’ve got some golden raisins here, and they’re soaked in grappa. We’ve macerated these overnight in grappa. We’re gonna drain these off. I have a cup of raisins. I’m gonna go in with them all. I wasn’t sure what I was gonna do, but in they go. Now I’m gonna get this all blended up nice.
