Ive wanted a KJ for years and i finally got one that arrived yesterday… it weighs a bloody ton!
An easy cook for the first one. Baby back ribs (no wrap). I think they're the best ribs ive ever done. Was it the rub? The no wrap method? The new KJ? No idea, but ill take it.
