    Why do people keep posting the cut off ends/waste that comes with properly cutting green onions and acting like this is how green onions are served at their restaurant? Did one person make a post that got a lot of karma and now everyone is trying to “cash” in?

    I just cut a bunch of green onion ends like this at home. The finely chopped parts went into the honey soy garlic chicken marinade/sauce, those will be garnish once I’m ready to serve in about 4 hours.
