Recommendations for restaurants that do those fancy dessert message?

Does anyone know of a nice restaurant in that would be good to celebrate a job promotion? Somewhere that does those fancy dessert with the congratulations/happy bday message.
Nothing too expensive like Tao or Peter Luger steakhouse. Thank you 🙏🏼
