Erewhon- most people love them or hate them. Erewhon started as a small family biz and I used to go there to get stuff I could not get other places- the family sold and the new owners did a great job marketing the new stores. YES they are uber expensive but they also are pretty environmentally responsible – THIS sandwich costs $16 with tax- before the hate gets spewed- this is a pretty delicious breakfast and also pretty filling and healthy – AND in LA it costs $14 for a drink, $5 for a coffee, and easily $20 for breakfast anywhere. BUT this will cost you $5 if you follow my instructions- so enjoy boujee Erewhon at a 1/3 of the price
